上下両端折れ、左右両辺削り。薬物の支給に関わる文書ないし薬物の処方に関する文書であろう。「夜干（ヤカン）」は、アヤメ科の多年草射干（ヤカン。和名ヒオウギ）の根茎に比定される。『本草集注』草木下品、『本草和名』草下に「加良須阿布岐」、『医心方』に「加良須安不岐」とみえ、『延喜式』典薬寮に、山城など十六箇国の年料雑薬としてみえる（４５山城年料雑薬条など）。「杜中（仲）（トチュウ）」は、トチュウ科の落葉高木トチュウの樹皮に比定される。『本草集注』草木上品、『本草和名』木上に「波比末由美」、『医心方』に「波比末由三」、内閣文庫本などの『延喜式』典薬寮に「ハヒマユカ」とみえ（５１尾張年料雑薬条）、『延喜式』典薬寮に、摂津など十三箇国の年料雑薬としてみえる（４７摂津年料雑薬条など）。 |
