薬に関する官司は大宝令制では後宮十二司の薬司､典薬寮､内薬司などがある｡この木簡の示す薬司は後宮十二司のそれをそのまま示すものか､あるいは典薬寮の大宝以前の前身である外薬寮(『日本書紀』天武四年正月朔条)や内薬司の前身である内薬官（『続日本紀』文武三年正月癸未条)の別称であるのかはつまびらかにしない｡ |
