四周削り｡｢河鬼｣は蠣（カキ）､｢加布打（カブチ）｣は､『賦役令』調絹絁条にみえる｢辛螺頭打｣の｢頭打｣に｢カフチ｣の傍訓がみえることから（紅葉山文庫本『令義解』傍訓）､頭（カブ）を打ったものと解され､貝の殻を穿って貝のまま漬けたものか（『律令』補注）｡ |
