上削り､下折れ､左割れ｡右辺は削屑状を呈するが､文字は削られておらず原形を保つ｡大（太）八洲は日本の別称｡大八洲を構成する島の一つに大洲もあげられている（『日本書紀』神代上）｡大八洲の国産みの説話が八十島祭の祭儀と深く関わり､奈良時代の大嘗祭の翌年の難波行幸が八十島祭の天皇神祭の儀礼に伴うものであった（岡田精司｢奈良時代の難波行幸と八十島祭｣『國學院雑誌』八〇―一一）とするならば､霊亀三年（七一七）二月一一日から二〇日にかけての難波･和泉行幸に関わる習書の可能性がある｡この点は､長屋王家木簡にみられる最新の年紀が霊亀三年四月の可能性が高いこと（『木簡概報二五』一八頁下段）とも矛盾しない｡ |
