四周削り｡縦に割かれた二片が接続｡右半断片の表面上部剥離｡乳戸による滓などの進上の手配､及び塩殿と蔵の鑰に進上を指示する､高市皇子の家政機関からの文書木簡｡滓は蘇の生成に関わるか｡家扶が塩殿（一七一五号にみえる塩殿と同一の建物か）や蔵のある場所にいることがわかるが､具体的な所在地は不詳｡ |
