上下･左削り､右割れ｡竹野王子は天平勝宝三年（七五一）に石塔を造立しており（奈良県明日香村龍福寺に現存）､本木簡の山寺は､この石塔にみえる朝風の南（石塔があったと伝えられる奈良県明日香村平田峠付近）にあった寺か（舘野和己｢長屋王家木簡の舞台｣｢日本古代の交通と社会｣所収､塙書房､一九九八年､参照）｡ |
