上端･左右両辺削り､下端折れ｡｢長田上郡｣は､『和名抄』の遠江国長上郡にあたる｡長上郡は､和銅二年（七〇九）二月に長田郡を二郡に分割して成立した（『続日本紀』同月丁未条）｡なお､『和名抄』によると､遠江国長下郡に､大（太）田郷､大楊郷がみえる｡ |
