｢在五蔵｣は五臓の臓物のついている鹿肉を示す｡『延喜式』（大学寮･大膳上）によれば､釈奠祭に六衛府が三牲の一つとして五臓のついた大鹿･小鹿を進上することになっている｡本木簡は加工が丁寧で､筆蹟も楷好である点や衛府関係木簡の近くから出土していることから､釈奠祭の鹿肉の付札か（四五頁参照）｡ |
