養老五年十月､式部省における唱考の際の官人の呼び方が定められており（『続日本紀』同月癸未条）､これによれば卿と呼ぶのは三位のことである｡ＣＪ六七地区の木簡の年代がＳＤ一一六四〇の年代から神亀以前と考えられるとすれば､三位の納言は大納言のことであり､この条件にあてはまるのは､和銅七年五月に死去した（『続日本紀』同月丁亥朔条）大伴安麻呂､及び養老二年三月に中納言に任じられ（『続日本紀』同月乙巳条）養老五年正月に従三位に昇った（『続日本紀』同月壬子条）大伴旅人であり､特に後者を指す可能性が高い｡ |
