造難波宮司のことであろう｡造難波宮司の史料上の初見は天平六年三月である（『続日本紀』同月丁丑条）が､本史料によって､造難波宮司という名称の令外官司は､少なくとも藤原宇合が知造難波宮事に任じられた神亀三年十月（『続日本紀』同月庚午条）の時点には成立していたとみるべきであろう｡ |
