『続日本紀』によると､神護景雲元年正月､無位から従五位下に叙せられ､宝亀二年九月､大伴王･長岡王ら和気王の男女が､属籍を復された記事の中に､名草王の名が見える｡これは天平神護元年八月､和気王が謀反により誅せられたことによる処置が解かれたとみられる｡ |
