天平宝字末年から宝亀元年までには､二十八日附の恩勅叙位の記事は『続日本紀』にはみえない｡但し天平宝字八年十二月庚寅（二十八日）に大赦があり､また神護景雲三年三月丙申（二十八日）にも大赦があるのをみると大赦の時に一部恩勅の叙位も行われたものか｡なお天平神護二年四月丁未（二十二日）の大赦もその期限を四月二十八日においている｡ |
