天平神護元年正月七日は『続日本紀』によると天平神護の改元の勅が出された日で､諸国の神祝と前年の九月十一日から十八日に到る藤原仲麻呂の乱に際して､その征討に参加した職事官及び諸司の番上官で六位以下の位を帯びているもの､さらに京中の年七十以上の人々に一階を昇叙している｡おそらくその叙位に関するものか｡ |
