｢滓｣は酒滓（糟･酒糟ともいう）の意で､『和名抄』は｢カス｣と読み､正倉院文書には｢カマタチ｣（大日本古文書二-五五）と見える｡滓を含んだ酒のことで､天平五年越前国郡稲帳には｢酒三十三斛六斗三升二合／汁廿八斛六斗三升／二合○滓五斛∥｣とあり（大日本古文書一-四六四）､滓酒の一種である｡ |
