上端切断､右辺削り､下端折れ｡左辺は二次的割截｡表面は一部削り取られ､文字は右半分しか残存しない｡｢老夫丁｣は七一二号にもみえる｡大宝令制定以後の年齢区分では､六十一歳から六十五歳までの｢老丁｣(戸令三歳以下･老残条)に相当しよう｡大宝二年(七〇二)西海道戸籍(筑前･豊前)には｢老夫｣がみえる(『大日本古文書一』九七～二一八頁)｡古くは｢老丁｣を｢老夫丁｣と称した可能性がある｡ |
