上端･左右両辺削り､下端折れ｡上端は圭頭形｡上部左右に三角形の切り込みをもつ｡丁寧に整形されており､文字もバランスよく配されている｡｢奉上｣は｢進上｣とほぼ同じ意味｡本木簡は付札状を呈していることから､進上する物品に括り付けられたと考えられる｡ |
