上端･左右両辺削り､下端切断｡上端はやや丸みを帯び､表裏ともに面取りする｡上端から一〇㎜の位置に直径二㎜の穿孔がある｡形状的特徴は二三八号の鍵の付札と共通するが､現状で確認できる墨書は同字の繰り返しによる習書である｡不要になった付札を習書に転用したものか｡裏面には釈文に示した以外にも淡い墨色の｢天｣字の重ね書きが最低三箇所に認められる｡ |
