四周削り｡上端は圭頭形で､端部はやや左に寄る｡上部左右に切り込みをもち､左側は三角形､右側は台形｡｢尾張海評堤回五十戸｣は『和名抄』尾張国海部郡津積郷に該当しよう｡｢堤田｣の表記の例として､『仁和寺御伝』治暦二年(一〇六六)五月二十五日条に､摂関家領であった堤田庄が仁和寺に寄進されたことがみえる(『群書類従』伝部)｡ |
