上端･左右両辺削り､下端折れ｡上端は表裏ともに面取りするが､整形前の切断痕跡がある｡上部左右に浅い台形の切り込みをもつ｡｢石奈之｣は｢イワナシ｣と訓読できる｡イワナシは主に本州日本海側に自生するツツジ科の常緑小低木で､食用や酒造原料としても用いられたが､古代に遡るかどうかは不明｡ |
