木簡番号1127号と1128号は同一簡か｡｢工長｣は八世紀以後の史料によれば､徭役労働者として上京した工人を監督する地位にあり､｢考｣に預かることが認められ､広義の官人の最末端に連なる存在として律令官僚制に組み込まれていたとされる(櫛木謙周｢律令制下の技術労働力編成｣『日本古代労働力編成の研究』塙書房､一九九六年､初出一九八九年)｡ |
