左右両辺削り､上下両端切断｡裏面は未調整｡上下両端には縦方向に切れ目が入る｡上端からの切れ目は長いが､廃棄時の意図的な処置かどうかは不明｡｢湯評伊皮田｣は『和名抄』伊予国伊予郡に石田郷がみえる｡｢石田｣の訓読について､高山寺本では｢以之田｣､東急本では｢伊之多｣とするが､当該期には｢石｣は｢イハ｣とも読むのが一般的と思われる｡よって｢湯評伊皮田｣は伊予郡石田郷の前身であった可能性が考えられる｡伊予郡の｢葛木了｣は､葛木が長岡京跡出土の荷札木簡にみえる(『長岡京木簡ニ』八八四号)｡ |
