四周削り｡上部左右に切り込みをもち､左側は三角形｡｢伊支須（いざす）｣は寒天原料に用いる海藻で､平城京跡出土の荷札木簡に｢佐須里伊支須ニ斗｣という事例があり(『平城木簡概報三十四』二五頁下段)､数量が一致する｡食用のほか､熱で溶かして接着剤として用いられることもあった｡ |
